This has included various projects such as the redevelopment of our Company website, introduction of an e-newsletter and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) campaigns.

Not only have the campaigns assisted us in creating a stronger position against competitors, they have resulted in more enquiries from both local and international contacts. Including SEO techniques in our Marketing Mix has meant that we can strengthen our product campaigns year on year. It has been very rewarding (and most importantly, measurable) to watch visits to our website double and requests for further information build month on month.

Establishing an e-newsletter has also helped us communicate directly with consumers, introduce new products and drive traffic to the website. Butterfly not only assisted with the design and training but provided advice on the best information and links to include. The open rate for the e-newsletter has been overwhelming and at least double the industry average.

Butterfly are also very transparent with the time it can take to see results from SEO techniques. We have been fortunate to see positive results within the first 3 months and excellent results within 6 months. These results have urged us to continue and expand on our SEO opportunities with Butterfly."
