Working with pages on your site

Please note, these instructions are only for when a page is a content item or a static content item.

1. Log in to your website
2. Find the page (More information...)
3. Click on the page name
4. To the right of the text editor are some tabs.
* In Joomla 1.5 click on the Green triangle next to Metadata information
* In Joomla 1.0 click on the "Meta Info" tab
* [Help to determine which version of Joomla you are on]
5. Insert the metatags and press "Save" or "Apply"
* keep the Keywords to less than 25 and put a comma between each of them
* keep the Page Description to less than 150 characters and make it attractive to humans

Note: Metatags do not play as big a part in search engine rankings as they once did.
