Windows Mail
To set up your email address to work in Windows Mail:
- Tools > Accounts
- Add > Email Account
- Insert the following information:
- Your name: as you’d like it to be seen by others eg “Mary Smith”
- Internet email address: Insert your full email address eg

- Incoming e-mail server type: POP 3
- Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) Server: Your incoming mail server as emailed to you (it is "mail" in place of the "www" in your website address, for example "mail.butterflyinternet.com.au")
- Outgoing mail server: as per your internet service provider (the company that provides your internet connection, such as Telstra) Help to identify your outgoing mail server
- Email username: is your entire email address eg

- Password as emailed to you
