Shop Management
- Log into the Administrator section of your website
- In the components menu choose Virtuemart
- Login to the administration page of your website
- In the top left menu go to “Components” and then “VirtueMart”
- You will see the VirtueMart main menu
- In the left hand menu; click on the “Orders” roll out and then “List Orders”. This will give you a list of the orders that are pending, confirmed, cancelled, refunded and shipped.
- Log into the administration page of your website
- In the top left menu, go to “Components” and then “Virtuemart”
- On the left hand menu, click on the “Orders” roll out and then click “List Orders”
- Here you can see all orders that have passed through your shop. You can select pending orders, confirmed orders, cancelled orders, refunded orders or shipped orders. As well as just viewing all orders.
- If you click on an order number you can see
- Log in to the administration page of your website
- In the top left menu go to “Components” and then “Virtuemart”
- In the left hand menu; click on the “Admin” rollout and then click on “Configuration”.
- If you look at the “Global” section, you will see a check box for “Use only as catalogue”. If you tick this, it will disable all of the cart functionality meaning that it will just list your products.
- Click on “Save” if you’re happy with the settings.
- In the top left menu go to “Components” and then “VirtueMart”
- In the left hand menu; click on the “Store” roll out and then click on the “Edit Store” link.
- Over on the right there is a “Currency Display Style” section.
- In the “List of accepted currencies” list box use control + left click to select multiple currencies. If you only desire your country’s currency find your country and left click on its name.
- In the top left click on the “Save” button.
- Log in to the administration page of your website
- In the top left menu go to “Components” and then “VirtueMart”
- You will see the VirtueMart main menu
- In the left hand menu. Click on the “Tax” roll out and then “List Tax Rates”. This will give you a list of the different tax rates per country
- Go back over the left hand menu and click on “Add Tax Rate”. This gives you a screen that allows you to add the different tax information. For example GST
- Log into the administration page of your website
- In the top left menu, go to “Components” and then “Virtuemart”
- In the left hand menu, click on the “Shopper” roll out and then click on “List Shopper Groups”.
- This will display the shopper groups that you have on your website.
- To add a user to a shopper group:
- Click on the “Admin” roll out and then click “Users”.
- Search for the user.
- Click on the user’s name and then click the “Shopper Information” tab.
- In the “Shopper Information” section you can add the user to a shopper group. Just select the group from the drop down.
- Click on “Save” in the top right.
- To alter the discount that a shopper group receives
- Click on the shopper group name.
- In the “Price Discount on default Shopper Group” field enter the discount. This is the discount that the shopper group will receive.
- You can also set up multiple prices for different shopper groups. To do this:
- Click on the “Products” roll out and select “List Products”.
- Search through the list for the product that you wish to alter the prices on.
- Once you have found it, click on its name. Then click on “Add Price” on the left hand menu.
- This will give you a list of the different prices for the product. Click on “New” in the top right.
- You will be given a number of fields that allow you to enter information regarding the new price. There is a shopper group drop down. If you click on that and select a different group, you will then be setting a different price for that specific group.
- You can also edit the already existing prices by click on their name, then changing the shopper group drop down. Then click on “Save”.
