Reports

Shop Statistics with summaries of customers, orders etc
  1. Log into the administration page of your website
  2. In the top left menu, go to “Components” and then “Virtuemart”
  3. Look for the “Statistics” tab, click on it and you will be shown a quick summary of your shop. Click on the links to view more detailed information.
  4. This section will allow you to view the statistics about your virtual shop.
Report Creation
  1. Log into the administration page of your website
  2. In the top left menu, go to “Components” and then “Virtuemart”
  3. On the left hand menu, click on the “Reports” roll out and then click “Reports”
  4. Using the different options select the period of time that you wish to create a report for. The list should up date with your new parameters.
Stock level control
  1. Log into the administration page of your website
  2. In the top left menu, go to “Components” and then “Virtuemart”
  3. On the left hand menu, click on the “Products” roll out and then click “List Products”
  4. Search the product list for the required product and click on the name of the product.
  5. Click on the “Product Status” tab. You will be able to see the fields that allow you to edit what you currently have in stock and also the minimum and maximum number of items that a customer is allowed to purchase.
