Project Overview
Pureinnocence.com.au was the perfect example of design and development elements having equal billing. With a full shopping cart and integration for real time payments on the menu, the design aspect also needed to tick all the boxes for the target audience.
Technology & Design
eCommerce was the major technology requirement for Pure Innocence. Along with the delicate nature of customising the Virtumart shopping cart component, Pure Innocence required the integration of the site into the Bendigo Bank payment gateway API. Being that Bendigo is a rare provider of payment gateway facilities among online stores, this proved to be a nice little programming exercise for the team.
As fun as development is for the Butterfly's, the real winner on this project is the design (and of course the design team!).
Pure Innocence's user interface is simply gorgeous, and works brilliantly with subtle nature of the brand. It has a big focus on using space, whilst packing in all the features that the site has to offer its user base. It's not often you see a purple website done so elegantly, but that's exactly the result with Pure Innocence.
Project Conclusion
On completion, pureinnocence.com.au has ticked all the boxes on a requirements front, and Butterfly continues to work with Pure Innocence on an ongoing Search Engine Optimisation strategy.
