Payment terms

Butterfly Internet's standard payment terms are as follows:

• 50% of any set-up amounts to commence work on a project
• The remaining 50% of any set-up amounts before the site or changes go live
• Monthly payments are charged up front on the first of every month via credit card, and for the first month pro-rata from the date of signing the Proposal until the end of the first month.

If we wait for more than three months for feedback at any time your website or project is deemed finished and the balance is due and payable. In this instance there are no refunds of any money paid, and re-starting your project is a new project that will require a new contract and deposit.
